I've learned that GOD has so much love for us. He is so patient with us even when we are in our struggles and weak moment. I love how GOD displays HIS compassion, steadfast love, longsuffering, gracious and forgiveness.

Charis is a favor from GOD and earning wages is something you deserved or worked for. God doesn't owe us anything.

Gods promise is He will pour out His spirit upon all who will call on His name and cleanse our hearts from unrighteousness.

The promise God made was that there will be a shoot from the stomp of Jesse and the spirit of the Lord will rest upon Him (Jesus Christ ). He will have the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the lord. In the New Testament God sent Jesus to fulfill the prophecy.

The Holy Spirit was given to the 70 elders so they can help Moses with all the burdens of the people in Israel. Carrying the burdens of other people can be very overwhelming, this is why we need to be in good relationship with God so He can help us face the burdens of others such as family, friend, coworkers and even Gods people. When the Holy Spirit came upon them they were able to prophesied for a short time. God know whom He want to prophesied to His people continually. Having that relationship with God is so important during these days and time.
