The basic elements involved in a sacrifice for sin was an innocent victim such as Jesus, the Lamb of God, who was completely Prefect male victim in youthful age. The sacrifice had to have the sins transferred to the innocent victim such as confession of sins, then the blood, the seat of life had to be drained from the body. Our Lord became our sacrifice. We must still confess our faults to God and ask for the Blood of Christ Jesus to cover our sins in order to be reconciled to God. We do not need anymore sacrifices because Jesus was once and for all sacrifice for sin.
