Q66. Ambassadors of Christ
Jubilee replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 7.2. Prevailing through Prayer (Ephesians 6:18-24)
The ambassador is a legat representing the interest of his country. We as Christians are legates representing the Kingdom of God so that God's will be done on earth as it is done in heaven. The ambassador is a representative of his country of origin. So are we Christians we are not of this world we are representing the Kingdom of God on earth. The ambassador has the responsibilities of protecting the interests of his country, relay messages of cordiality between the two countries and to bring messages of reconciliation to the nations. We are personal legates of the Kingdom of God and we have the responsibility of representing him wherever we are. -
Q64. Sharing our Faith
Jubilee replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 7.2. Prevailing through Prayer (Ephesians 6:18-24)
Paul requested prayer for boldness because he was living in perilous times and facing strong and antagonistic opposition to the Gospel. Boldness is necessary in war because it is a Christian characteristic and it is the opposite of weakness. David defeated Goliath because he was bold to face the enemy of Israel. The opposite of boldness is to be wimpy. If this is our accustomed life-posture, our enemy, Satan, will run us down and walk over us. -
Q64. Alertness and Perseverance
Jubilee replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 7.2. Prevailing through Prayer (Ephesians 6:18-24)
Alertness in prayer is vital to our success in spiritual warfare because our enemy, Satan, is threatening to devour us. He is ready to steal, kill, and destroy us. That is why we need to be on guard. Perseverance in prayer is important to our success because it encourages us to know that our God supplies all our needs and continue to trust him. We need this exhortation because we are living in perilous times -

It is important to have our "shield" up each day because God's Word is our "shield." And when we study God's Word for its principles and truths, we can stand against Satan's lies. The "helmet of salvation" protects us against self-doubt and fear that God would not forgive us when we mess up. The "sword of the Spirit" is both offensive and defensive. We keep it sharp and ready for the battle by studying the Bible for its principles and truths, so that we can stand against Satan's lies.

Q61. Good News
Jubilee replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 7.1. Wrestling with the Enemy of Our Souls (Ephesians 6:10-18)
The characteristic of a person who did not have his feet ready to run with the Gospel has no knowledge of the Word of God. Heart preparation opens us up to receive the Word of God. e ourselves must first experience the power of the Word of God before sharing it with others. The Word of God is sharper and smarter than the dominion of darkness. It is our defense in times of devastating circumstances. It is our Rock of salvation and helps us to stand at the end of the day. -
Q59. Stand
Jubilee replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 7.1. Wrestling with the Enemy of Our Souls (Ephesians 6:10-18)
What is difficult about standing our ground in today's world is that we do not see the spiritual realm and often we misunderstand the very nature of the life and death struggle in which we as humans are engaged. Standing our ground, not to give in, not to give up. To remain standing that the end of the conflict. Satan can discoursge us, wear us down, we may fall, we may retreat, we may give up. But victory is to remain, to stand, to be left standing at the end of the day. The saints in Revelation 12:11 were considered victorious over the devil because they were blood washed, blood cleansed, blood bought, and blood fortified by the Lamb of God. No weapon formed against them shall prosper. They stood their ground regardless of the enemy's torment. They were discourage, wear down. They were victorious because they still remain standing at the end of their conflict with Satan. Glory to God! We are winners! -
Q58. The Demonic
Jubilee replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 7.1. Wrestling with the Enemy of Our Souls (Ephesians 6:10-18)
It is difficult to believe in the devil and demons in our day and age because the god of thgis world, Satan, has blindfolded the minds of people to come to know the truth. People are perishing because they are ignorant of God's Word which leads to eternal life. Sickness, disease, poverty, and wars are all consequences of the fall and their existence help us explain the struggle humans face on earth. The only influence Satan has on us is the power we give him. We stand a chance to resist him and he will flee from us or we open the door for him to kill, steal, and destroy our lives, The choice is ours. The "devil make me do it" is one of his liars. We need to know that the devil is a defeated foe. He has no power and authority over us. He comes to tempt us but we have the power and authority to resist him and he will flee from us. We can not blame the devil for making wrong choices in life, not able to follow God's plans for our lives, temptations of the flesh. He who is in us is greater than who is outside us. -
