Christ has called us to be of the holly spirit and not of the world. As a follower of Christ we are not able to following the world the two are separate. We can not given in to the sinful nature of the world.

To lord it over is to take complete control over a person and force your will upon them. A good leader must be able to delegate responsibility and support good of the cause and not get caught up in trying to control outcomes. If one is too authoritative this style of leadership will not gain the support of the people. This style will force people into an undesirable position. If one is too weak the people under this leadership will be lost and susceptible to undo hardships.

Paul understands the power of prayer is great and when we come together and prayer for one another in agreement with God our cry will be heard and our call answered. I have had heavy burdens lifted through the power of prayer.

When faced with a crisis we see just how weak we are. We witness our limitation and the glory of God is revealed to us that we might come to know God as our savior. Times of crisis have shown me my God is real, my God cares for me, my God hears my cry, and my God can make away for me. God has given me peace at times when the pressure of life has been too great. I am only a man I am weak and I have a sinful nature that causes me to fail and have hardships. God will never fail me and he has power over of all things. This teaches me that my pride gets in the way that I have to let go and let God. As a servant of God I must remove myself and my pride and let God’s will be done through me as a faithful servant.

The death and destruction Roman Christians endured is unquestionable. The Christians of today face a psychological peril. Separated by denomination, race, class, and wealth, blinded by the Medias false true’s, in a time when the American dream replaces Gods promise to us all. My faith rest in God, Romans ( 8:37) No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us. My God bless us all
