If we go by the word of our Lord Jesus , that is great Commission in Mt. 28:18 onwards , we are to go all to the world and preach the Gospel to everyone. Apostle is '" one sent " as messenger, auhorized agent ,or Missionary. We can be still have Apostles today , so long as they have that gift and not just one Proclaiming that when he/she do not have that gift. -

To build unity is one the Holy Spirit important roles . He leades , but we must be willing to be led and to do our part to keep the peace. We do that focusing on God , not on ourselves. Q35. Humility, Gentleness, Patience
masika replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 4.1. One Body -- Unity and Diversity (4:1-10)
Patient and humility are so important to preserve unity in the Church because , no one is ever perfect here on earth , so we must accept and love other Christians inspite of their faults . When we see faults in fellow believers we should be patient and gentle . If there is someone whose actions or personality really annoys you , rather than dwelling on that persons weakness or looking for faults , Pray for him/her. Then do even more- Spend time together and see if you can learn to like him/her. -

masika replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 3.3. Paul's Prayer and Doxology (3:14-21)
Bibles says that Holy Spirit is the Spirit Of God or a part of trinity or triune of God. What a joy when God Himself comes and dwells in us, what a joy when God come and dwells in our fragile body. We have to be filled with Holy Spirit so that God can get control of our life. This should be life thing not just for a while or a season. Bible clearly says that a person who is saved or blood washed , a person whose sins are forgiven are eligible for this great exprerience. -

masika replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 3.3. Paul's Prayer and Doxology (3:14-21)

It is an awesome privilege to be able to approach God with freedom and confidence. Most of us would be apprehensive in the presence of a powerful ruler . But thanks to Christ , by faith we can enter directly into God's presence through prayer . We know we'll be welcomed with open arms because we are God's children through our union with Christ . We should be afraid of God . Talk with Him about everything . He is willing to hear from us. Those who fear to talk to God are not His . -
Q28. Humble Apostle
masika replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 3.2. The Mystery, Mission, and Ministry of the Church (3:1-13)
Paul had all the reasons to humble himself before God , because he made God in a powerful way that most of us have not experinced . So when he became a servant of the Gospel , God gave him the ability to share the Gospel of Christ effectively. This should encourage us , that when accept Jesus as our saviour we should humble and follow God's directive .He will give us opportunity to tell others about Christ . And with the opportunity He will provide the ability , courage , and power . We have to make ourselve available to God as His servants whenever an opportunity presents itself -

masika replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 3.2. The Mystery, Mission, and Ministry of the Church (3:1-13)
The mystery was God had planned to have Jews and Gentiles comprise one body , the Church. God's plan was not revealed to previous generation , not because God wanted to keep something from His peiple , but because He would reveal it to everyone in His perfect Timing. -
Q25. Dwelling Place for God
masika replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 3.1. Fellow Citizens with the People of God (2:11-22)
A Church builting is sometime called God's house. In reality , God's household is not a building but a group of people . He lives in us and shows Himself to watching world through us . People can see that God is Love and that Christ is Lord as we live in harmony with each other and in accordance with what God says in His word. We are citizens of God's Kingdom and members of His household. -

masika replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 3.1. Fellow Citizens with the People of God (2:11-22)

Q23. Fulfilling the Law
masika replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 3.1. Fellow Citizens with the People of God (2:11-22)
Before Christ's coming , Gentiles and Jews kept apart from one another . Jews considered Gentiles beyond God's saving power and therefore without hope. Gentiles resented Jewish claims , Christ revealed the total sinfulness of both Jews and Gentiles , and then he offered His salvation to both. Only Christ breaks down the walls of prejudice, reconciles all believers to God, and unifies us in one body. There are many barriers that can divide us from other Christians : age, appearance, intelligence, political persuasion, economic status, race, theological perspective e.t.c. -
Q22. Lostness
masika replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 3.1. Fellow Citizens with the People of God (2:11-22)
Jews and Gentiles alike could be guilty os spiritual pride- Jews for thinking their faith and traditions elevated them above everyone else , Gentiles in their achievements, power, or position. Spititual pride blinds us to our faults and magnifies the faults of others . Be careful not to become proud of your salvation . Instead , humbly thank God for what He has done , and encourage others who might be struggling in their faith. Our friends who does not know Christ me their spiritual condition has no hope and we have to help them know God before it is too late. -
Faith is Belief and trust in and loyalty to God or a firm belief in something for which there is no proof. For us believers we have our complete trust in Jesus Christ . Many hestate to witness about their faith in Christ because they do not feel the change in their lives has been spectacular enough . But we qualify as a witness for Jesus because of what He has done for us , not because of what we have done for Him. Christ demonstrated His great Love by setting us free from our sins by shedding His blood , quaranteeing us a place in His Kingdom, and making us priests to administer God's Love to others . We are to tell others what God Has done for us in order for them to know God's Love in us .

We are God's masterpiece (work of art, workmanship). Our salvation is something only God can do . It is His powerful, creative work in us. If God considers us His masterpiece, we dare not treat ourselves or others with disrespect or as inferior work. We are also not saved merely for our own benefit but to serve Christ and built the Church.God Has chosen us to be Christ's representatives on earth.

Saved means to rescue or deliver from danger or harm. We have all gone gone a stray from God's path ,and we are heading to great danger if we do not go back to God's way. We tried all we could to reach to that perfection of God by giving sacrifice of animals and keeping the Law given by God to Moses , but that could not make us perfect. God had mercy on us that is why He send , Jesus Christ to die for us , and gave us that free salvation by having faith in Jesus Christ.

It very difficult to understand Grace because many because people think that their good work made them to be saved which is very wrong. God showered His kindness on us . This is his voluntary and Loving favor given to those He saves .We can not earn savlation , nor do we deserve it.No religious, intellectual , or moral effort can gain it , because it comes only from God's mercy and Love. Without God's grace no person can be saved . To receive it , we must acknowledge that we cannot save ourselves , that only God can save us , and that our only way to receive this Loving favor is through faith in Christ. Grace is -Favor, Privilege , an act or instance of kindness given to someone . It is an unmerited divine assistance given humans for their regeneration or satification.

Q17. Seated with Christ
masika replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 2.1. From Deadness in Sin to Coming Alive in Christ (2:1-7)
It means that we are united with Him in His Powerful Victory. -
-In a world of noise , confusion , and relentless pressures , people long for peace . Many give up the search , thinking it impossiple to find , but true peace of heart and mind is available to us through faith in Jesus Christ -We are now at Peace with God , which may differ from peaceful feeling such as calminess and tranquility . Peace with God means that we have been reconciled with Him . There is no more hostility between us , no sin blocking our relationship with Him. Peace with God is possible only because Jesus paid the price for our sins through His death on the cross.
