the most compelling proof of the ressurection are the undisturbed grave clothes and the spread of christianity. If somebody had removed the body the clothes would not be undisturbed, you would see evidence of the unwrapping of the material by human hands. If we look at the spread of Christanity, we would see after the disciples were given proof that Christ was risen from the grave that they were no longer afraid for their lives, but they knew that they had a risen Savior who would fight their battles for them. it gave them courage to spread the Gospel.

the mere fact that they thought that it was over and was hiding for fear of their own lives, gives evidence to the fact that had they conspired to make it look like christ had risen, they would not under any circumstances lose their lives for something they knew was a lie.

WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO EXPLAIN AWAY THE RESSURECTION OF JESUS CHRIST, BECAUSE HE DID NOT ASSIGN US TO GIVE EXPLANTIONS. WE WERE ASSIGNED TO TAKE THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST TO ALL THE WORLD. IT IS CHRIST'S JOB TO SHOW PEOPLE THE TRUTH OF HIS WORD.

PAUL EXPECTS GOD TO UPHOLD THE WORKS THAT THE PHILLIPIANS DO FOR THE GOSPELS' SAKE WITHOUT WAVERING OR FALTERING. BECAUSE GOD IS ALL POWERFUL, AND GOD HONOURS THE CHRISTIAN FOR THEIR FAITHFULNESS IN CARRYING OUT THE TRUTH OF THE GOSPEL. PAUL CONFIDENCE COMES FROM THE WORKS THAT CHRIST HAD DONE IN HIS LIFE. PAUL REMINDS THEM IN ONE OF HIS LETTERS THAT HE WAS THE CHIEF OF SINNERS, ONE WHO PERSECUTED THE CHURCH. BUT AFTER CHRIST HAD CHANGED HIM LOOK AT THE WORK THAT HE HAS ACCOMPLISHED FOR CHRIST SAKE. THERE ARE NUMEROUS VERSES IN THE BIBLE WHERE GOD HAS PROMISED TO REWARD THEM THAT DILIGENTLY SEEK HIM. WE HAVE TO REMEMBER THAT HALF WORSHIP IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO GOD, FOR HE SAID THAT YOU CAN ONLY BE HOT OR COLD NOT LUKE WARM. THEREFORE OUR WORKS HAVE TO COME FROM A SINCERE HEART, A HEART THAT IS RIGHTEOUS NOT LOOKING FOR PRAISE FROM OUR FRIENDS OR COLLEAGUES BUT UNDERSTANDING THAT OUR TRUE REWARD WILL COME FROM GOD HIMSELF.

We should receive a feeling of completeness in knowing that we are helping to spread the Gospel of Jesus throghout the nations as was commanded by God. We can offer the support of Prayers, Clothes, Food, Shelter, Medicinal needs, whatever is available or at our disposable. Sometimes a kind word can do a missionary more good than any amount of money we have to give. We must remember that not everyone believes there is a God and Missionaries come into more discouragement by words than by deeds. As long as we remember that we are to love our neighbours as ourselves we should have no problem with giving support of any kind.

Being enslaved is having no rights to one's own life. every decision is made for you and you have no choice but to do what your master says to do. Being sainted is choosing the to be dedicated to the service of one particular person. you have made the choice to serve him of your own free will. We have a hard time becoming fully dedicated to the service of God, but like the saying goes, "Practice makes Perfect." Let us all pray that we will continue to practice being saints for God Kayla
