God is the highest being, and we should praise him, even from birth, learning to talk. This Psalm also teaches us that we are beneath God and he created us to tend to his creations. LIke God is over us he gave us the knowledge & capabilities to take care of his animals, flock, everything.

You don't have to be christians to be joined as one flesh, but I think that you are unequally yoked if you are not both christians. You are more likely to survive if you are equally yoked. Joined together as one is a religious act, God say that we should be joined as one. Maybe 50 percent was joined by God.

Q4. Mary's Response to the Angel
Peggy Walker replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 1. Mary, The Virgin Mother (Luke 1:26-45)
Mary's positive response to the angel was the correct answer, not to doubt and submit yourself to the Lord's work no matter what he wants us to do.. We should be submissive also. -

Peggy Walker replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 1. Mary, The Virgin Mother (Luke 1:26-45)
The Virgin conception teaches us that Jesus is conceived by the holy spirit, that he is a humna also. Jesus is without sin. Jesus conception is for us to have faith in and believe just as the the bible. -

That Jesus was human. It is very important for us the understand and have belief of the Virgin Mary, for we have never seen Jesus, but have faith in him -
Q2. Mary's Question to the Angel
Peggy Walker replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 1. Mary, The Virgin Mother (Luke 1:26-45)
Mary's "How" was different because she did not doubt the miracle, the birth of Jesus , she just wondered how this (birth) would happen. Where Zechariah's made excuses and reasons for Elizabeth being old and himself being to old. He did not say as Mary did let your will be done. Zechariah doubted the miracle so he was disciplined by being silenced for months. -

The angel announcement that Mary's child is be a son, to be named Jesus, will be great, and that he would be the son of the Highest, and that he wil be given the throne of David, will reign over the house of David and of his kindgom there shall be no end. -
Q4. Mary's Response to the Angel
Peggy Walker replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 1. Mary, The Virgin Mother (Luke 1:26-45)
Mary was obient, she said let it be according to your word. She did not make up excuses, or give reasons why not. She listened. We should learn from Mary to listen and obey the Lord in our lives. Mary listened and took it (message) at face value. We respond to God and consent to his word -
Q9. Discrimination
Peggy Walker replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 3. Forsaking Favoritism for Love (James 2:1-13)

Q4. Wisdom
Peggy Walker replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 1. Experiencing Joy in Trials (James 1:1-18)
GOD saids to ask for what we want. In James 1:5 it James the author is saying that if you need wisdom to ask GOD, Ask God what it is that he wants u to do, and he will answer. He doesn't have a problem with us asking. What is the condition attached to this promise in verse 6? The condition is that once we have asked an received an answer, not to be double minded. How do trials help us receive this wisdom? Our trial should cause us to learn from it. You should learn something. -
Q2. Blaming God
Peggy Walker replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 1. Experiencing Joy in Trials (James 1:1-18)
If someone blames God for evil they have not studied the bible. God is Good, we chose to sin which causes evil. God don't tempt people with evil.We have free will to do wrong or right. Why does he allow evil to exist at all? I think because we have choices, so we won't say that he is making us do things. -
Q1. Value of Trials
Peggy Walker replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 1. Experiencing Joy in Trials (James 1:1-18)
I've had a lot of trials in my life and i know that they (trials) just made me stronger in my faith. They continue to teach me to stand firm and believe and know that God will shower me with his grace and mercy as long as I have faith and believe. -
Q3. Doublemindedness

Q4. Wisdom
Peggy Walker replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 1. Experiencing Joy in Trials (James 1:1-18)
VERSE 5: WISDOM, IF WE ASK FOR WISDOM, AND REALLY WANT GOD TO SHOW WHAT HE WANTS US TO DO, THEN WE HAVE TO BE ABLE, WILLING, READY TO ACCEPT THE ANSWER. WISDOM, GOD WILL BLESS YOU WITH IT. I FEEL THAT IF SOLOMON ASKED FOR WISDOM, AND NOT RICHES, HE WAS BLESSED WITH IT ALL. HOW WILL TRIALS HELP US TO RECEIVE WISDOM? TRIALS ARE LEARNING EXPERIENCES, WHICH WE SHOULD GAIN SOME KNOWLEDGE, WISDOM FROM EACH ONE. -
Q3. Doublemindedness
Peggy Walker replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 1. Experiencing Joy in Trials (James 1:1-18)
TRIALS IN OUR LIVES SHOULD CAUSE US TO NOT BE DOUBLE MINDED, SHOULD LEAD US TO BE STEADFAST, READ THE BIBLE MORE, STUDY MORE, LEARN THE WORD AND KEEP THE WORD IN YOUR HEART & MIND. WE SHOULD LEARN BY TRIALS TO HAVE FAITH IN GOD TO GIVE US THE WISDOM & DISCERNMENT NEEDED TO DEAL WITH THE SITUATION. -
Q2. Blaming God
Peggy Walker replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 1. Experiencing Joy in Trials (James 1:1-18)
IF YOU BLAME GOD FOR EVIL THINGS THAT HAPPEN IN THEIR LIVES, WE (BELIEVER) KNOW THAT THEY FIRST OF ALL HAVE NOT READ THEIR BIBLE. GOD IS NOT THE AUTHOR OF EVIL, HE WANT THE BEST FOR EVERYONE. BUT IT IS OUR CHOICE DO RIGHT AND NOT ALLOW SIN INTO OUR LIVES, BECAUSE SIN EQUALS DEATH. GOD DOES NOT TEMPT US WITH EVIL. WE HAVE THE WILL AND TO MAKE CHOICES. -
Q1. Value of Trials
Peggy Walker replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 1. Experiencing Joy in Trials (James 1:1-18)
I'm been in church since I was a baby. I've had more what I felt was my share of problems, until I learned that God will put no more on you than you can handle. My Storms are just A test to strengthen me.. So I now thank God for my trials, for they caused me to be stronger in my FAITH. I have also learned not to let Satan destroy me with trials. I now know that he will try all, your health, finanes, HE WILL come through your family, OR CLOSEST FRIEND. Yes I have changed. I don't break down when trials come, i try to remember that I have nothing to fear and that God will never LEAVE NOR FORSAKE ME.
