Q4. Outside the City
sisterlily replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in #8. We Shall See His Face (Rev 21-22)
We are called to be Holy and when we accept / receive Christ He transforms us, we need to be able to say yes to Him & no to the world. -

Q1. Let Your 'Yes' Be 'Yes'
sisterlily replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 6. The Spirit of Truthfulness and Love (5:33-48)
Hi. I agree to let your words be truth. Be with self-control as often as possible. Always seek the Lord's help in doing so for our self and others. -
As brothers and sisters in Christ we need to show love to our friends and their children of divorce. Always keeping in mind that we are all sinners in need of forgiveness for many different things in this life. Be kind and extra loving to those in need of knowing the compassion of Christ so that they can move forward in their life towards the growing love of God instead of away. Remembering that Christ did not come to condemn but to save and through His Grace we have forgiveness and healing that we would never understand on our own. Be His light.

Today people have many choices and God is made known in many more places so divorce should be less and not even considered if you know God and you love eachother. Along with knowing God comes the endurance to persevere. Divorce for this world today is man centered, Jesus was fore telling of a forgiveness that can only come about from knowing Him.

Good morning, If people are even considering marraige these days they have to have a clue about love and if they know love they know God. You don't see true love that much anymore because people want too many different things from eachother in place of true love, but those seeking to be united and become one flesh know God and have the true spirit it takes to marry.

Good morning, what it comes to is this: Living in this world trying to please and receive from the world without Jesus is to no accomplishment, but with Our Lord Jesus, A L L things are possible. Choose Him and you will have life and life more abundantly! Pray for discernment of the Lord so people can know the love God has for us and beleive. God bless.

Q3. Worthy Is the Lamb
sisterlily replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in #3. The Lion That Is the Lamb (Rev 4-5)
Greetings in His name, Jesus is worthy because He took our sin and placed it on Himself, He bore our shame and in return is the only one who gives us eternal Life with Him which will be beyond our imagination. Worthy is the Lamb. -
Greetings in His name, God wants us to worship Him with PURE HEART and if we have something against someone we can't worship with a sincere heart, it holds us back from true worship. I just heard my sister tell me that "we live in the real world and God can't help us" I pray for her and lift up her cares and needs to the Helper that I know that has not left His throne nor did He give His authority to anyone else, so when we go to Him and give it all to Him He for sure trades us for much better and beautiful things. The mentality of the world is not trusting in Jesus, we who do trust in Him set the example thaat His trust is true and worthy. Everything can be resolved with Jesus. There is nothing He can not do. Praise God.

Q2. Anger and Murder
sisterlily replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 3. The Spirit of the Law and Reconciliation (5:17-26)
Jesus was as always showing by example for our benefit, it is our heart He longs for. He wants us to be more aware of our actions by saying that if you think its ok to call someone a name it is not it is the same as killing them, with this thought we become more aware of what God wants for us and we call on Him for strength to keep a clean heart and be the neighblr God wills us to be, true and abiding in His love always, it is difficult at times but with our precious Lord all things are possible and showing the world this we bring change that will bring Jesus, amen. -
Thankful I do not see any of the churches by me living without God's law and applying it. Now church legalism sadly I see. It looks like what Jesus is rebuking in the church in Revelation. Forgetting their first love Him and putting flesh first, but still thankful for our prayers and the prayers of the faithful that in today much more is being revealed and application is being made where it needs to be applied. We need to remain in prayer for the people of God to remain steadfast in His Holy Word according to Him. God bless

Q3. Religious Compromise
sisterlily replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in #2. Letters to the Seven Churches (Revelation 2-3)
compromise today would be preaching without using the name of Jesus. The world compromise when they have one foot in church and the other foot in the world and call themselves Christians. We need to stay focused on the One and Only True deserver of our time and actions, Jesus Christ. Please pray for the youth for the protection of their faith and strength to endure living for Jesus, thanks. -
Q5. Criticism and Praise
sisterlily replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in #2. Letters to the Seven Churches (Revelation 2-3)
God is letting them know that they are falling short in their quest for serving Him, yes they have let sin in and not looked back to do something about it. God tells them to go back to their first love Him, which bought them together and grow and draw closer to Him again, thankful His mercy and grace are long-suffering for us, we should realize the fact and take heed and turn to God while we still can, God bless you all. -
Q4. Apathy
sisterlily replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in #2. Letters to the Seven Churches (Revelation 2-3)
I think so many churches are a hotbed for apsthy is becqause they become comfortable and are just floating along with what they know and when the people act and look satisfied with just enough to get by on they don't feel the need or want to get excited about God again. We as followers of Christ can not give up! we are the ones who have to persevere and show by example to continue to have a thirst for the living God. It is not easy nor passive, nor is anything real personal relationship, as believers in Christ we need to remain in prayer read our bible and call, call call on Our Lord. -
Good morning, the rsults of hidden light coming from Our Lord is not using what Our Lord gave us. What person would refuse to acknowledge a beautiful gift let alone the gift of the Holy Spirit. Jesus did not note "stupidity" and I personally dislike the word and I don't see how or why you used it??? Jesus just gave an example, you have light use it, be thankful and a Christian can not hold it back anyway. Like the song says: "every blessing you pour out turns back to praise" also in the form of letting your light shine so men can see and glorify God in heaven. Pray for purity and chasity in our youth. Thanks

A symptom of a Christian who has lost his saltiness would be being passive, no longer willing to press on for the cause of Christ Jesus because of the trials and tribulations of the world. Yes with conviction and pruning by the Holy Spirit and accepting it we would know that we are wrong and should get back to pray and God's word and get back on track. People can notice de-saltified Christians because there would be no living water flowing from them , they would be blah and Christ is not blah He is Ahhhhh. What people shopuld notice is a vibrant life of speaking about Jesus with joy in our hearts and with willing spirits to be helpful and showing love at all times. Can Christians re-salt themselves, I say yes, thankfully. All it takes is prayer.

Christians are the salt of the earth as perservation because they hold back alot of evil by their prayers to God and thus helps to protect people by calling on God as others who are not salt would not trust to do so. As salt as a seasoning we Christians keep Jesus in this un Jesus friendly world. Everythime they think He is out of the picture seasoned Christians open their mouth and out comes the flavor of Christ back into the world that is why it is very important for us to always be ready to defend Christ with kindness not to offend anyone.
