the Psalm teaches us when we sense we have the reality of God in life to squelch any fears that we have. we only have to ask for his protection and desire to be his presence, because as long as we are in His presence nothing can harm us. God has also given us power to fight off our attacker all we have to do is speak deliverance from our attackers in the name of Jesus. This Psalm that we have absolute covering of God by those who are His children, and makes me glad to know that I have received His salvation and His protection -

And as I think about these verse it gives me great peace to know when I call on God He is there to fulfill His will in me. Thank You Lord -

O God, My God You are my shield and my buckler, It is you that I lay hold of. I sing praises to You. I offer my thanksgiving for what you have done, even in my wicked ways. I thank you O God for your grace and your mercy. It was You O God who called me out of the darkness and into your marvelous light and I honor You for that, My God I do not take it lightly what you have done for me, So I ask in the name of Jesus that You sanctify me right know to do your very good work. I praise you today Lord for what You are doing and what are going to do in my Life and I give you the highest praise in Jesus name amen Hallelujah. my prayer deals with the fact of my wicked ways, God has turned me around, I now have in me the desire to open my mouth and talk to God and God says in 2 chronicles 7:14 if we would only humble ourselve and pray and turn from our wicked ways then He will hear from heaven. I can take this scripture as a blueprint to grow in God- We must humble ourselve and pray if we are looking for any restoration that will last-I dont want temporary restoration, I want permenant restoration -

Because if we can just learn to praise in the midst of situation, it is a call that signal to God that in spite of situation we will the Lord through our situation. If we can learn anything from David is that problem will arise, but we must continue to praise as an instrument that we are praise our everything in God. -

David knew that if there was any saving grace it would only come through God and this is a lesson for all christians to learn from and that is to still speak to God even in our sinful ways, we still need God in our lives we still need His salvation an His Grace. David recognize that he had sin against and was extremely sorrowful for it and he knew his turn around came by asking of God for grace and mercy, and because of God grace and mercy we have the opportunity to ask for his forgiveness and establish a rightful relationship with the father -

Q2. Psalm 95
normanrhicks@yahoo.com replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 4. Psalms: Offering High Praises
We are commanded to worship because is the Great God who has created and blessed us throughout the earth. Everything has God done for us and we recognize and give our praise and worship for what he has done. God wanted David to reflect on how the earlier generation who had personal seen God work and did not worship wound up a lost generation and we that are left should not forget what God has done and worship Him. The first part of this psalm start with worship and this a lesson that we all should do and that is start each day by worshiping the Lord -
Q1. Psalm 150
normanrhicks@yahoo.com replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 4. Psalms: Offering High Praises
This psalm teaches us that God deserves all of our praise to the fullest, God has done great things in our life and deserves our thanks our praises to Him for everything. We should praise God everywhere we should not hide what God has done for us, we should let the whole earth and heavens praise God for who he is and like the last verse says everyone who has breath should praise the Lord, That means to me if you are breathing praise Him!!!!!. When I think about this Psalm it makes me think of who God is and what He has done and what He will continue to be in my life and when I think of that I can only think that He deserves my praise. -
Q3. Psalm 133
normanrhicks@yahoo.com replied to Pastor Ralph's topic in 3. Psalms: Choosing the Path of Righteousness
What attracts me is the idea of brothers and sister Christ coming together to worship the Lord. With so many interpretation of the bible, it seems we get in our own way and not allow God to minister to us for understanding and we cut God off with our attitudes. if we genuine desire to have unity, we must suppress our flesh and let God arise in us to have the unity that David is talking about in this text. You can have unity and still not be pure, unity comes from agreeing together and purity comes from lineing up with the Father and man a times have made there own agenda which sometimes are not a pure agenda. Reconcilitation are important to Jesus because it show him our heart for righteousness and if we can be united in it we can do more for the lost sheep that He is trying to reach through His disciples walk -

I would instruct my children that in order to be with God we have to our best to obey his word with a clean heart and not try to devise way to get around God word. God can not be fool, so if you accept God Accept His word and live by them. -
