Nicolaas A.P. Mostert
Q4. (1 Chronicles 22-29) Why do you think David prepares for the temple, even after the Lord refuses to let him build it? David's passion to build the temple begins to increase, he wants to make sure the temple would be built. How did David cooperate with the Holy Spirit in designing the temple and its worship? But you will have a son who will be a man of peace and rest, and I will give him rest from all his enemies on every side. His name will be Solomon, and I will grant Israel peace and quiet during his reign. 10 He is the one who will build a house for my Name How did David's example in giving motivate others to give? "The people rejoiced at the willing response of their leaders, for they had given freely and wholeheartedly to the LORD. David the king also rejoiced greatly."
