Basically, this verse is saying that the corpses will get to their feet. the earth will give birth to the dead. Resurrection in a time to sing. We will  be able to rejoice. According to the New Testament, this resurrection will come when Jesus Christ comes back at the end of times.

Q5. (Isaiah 26:19) Does this passage actually teach a bodily resurrection? What does it teach us about resurrection? When will this resurrection take place, according to the New Testament?

This passage does actually teach a bodily resurrection. It teaches us that the body will rise in resurrection.  This resurrection will take place, according to the New Testament when Christ returns for the Church.

What does it teach us about resurrection? That first comes God's judgement, for the faithful there will be great joy.

When will this resurrection take place, according to the New Testament? In the book of revelation. after the great judgement on the earth.

I have a difficult time imagining what a bodily resurrection will be like so I'll let this part of the question lie without answering it.

These passages clearly teaches that our "dust" will be reconstituted --"awakened" -- and that somehow we'll be in the presence of God ... and will be aware of this. We will see=understand God.

A period of suffering precedes our deaths and resurrection.

--

Go, my people, enter your rooms
and shut the doors behind you;
hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by

Can we really hide from the wrath? Perhaps all those preppers and people building underground shelters were right after all!

Q5. (Isaiah 26:19) Does this passage actually teach a bodily resurrection?
I believe it teaches a double prophesy, it speaks on a spiritual resurrection and a physical resurrection of our souls going into heaven. Spiritually because we where dead before we came to Christ. And physically because once you give  your life back to Christ you will be resurrected and reign with Him in heaven.

What does it teach us about resurrection?
Those dead in Christ will rise and live again.

When will this resurrection take place, according to the New Testament?

When Yahshua returns for judgement.

Q5. (Isaiah 26:19)

Does this passage actually teach a bodily resurrection?

Yes, "Your dead will live"

What does it teach us about resurrection?

That it is real

When will this resurrection take place, according to the New Testament?

At the rapture 1st Thessalonians 4:16 "And the dead in Christ will rise first" The rapture could be what is described by "Hide yourself... until the indignation is past"  Where would we be safer than with Jesus.

Q5. (Isaiah 26:19)

Does this passage actually teach a bodily resurrection?

What does it teach us about resurrection?

When will this resurrection take place, according to the New Testament?

Yes, I do believe that it will be a bodily resurrection.

It talks of those who dwell in the dust, i.e. those that are dead.  Wake up and shout for joy i.e. do something.  The dead cannot "do" with a dead body. The body has to be resurrected.  A different body to what we know.  Incorruptible.

When Christ returns, we will meet Him in the air.
