Q4. Our Light or His?

Q4.The most important thing in this life is to know and love God. If we are studying His word and have developed a relationship with The Lord, we know that we can trust Him even in the darkest of times. We know He loves us and will always walk with us through both good times and the hard, dark times.

At times I have been afraid of situations. I also know that if I bring my worries and concerns to God, He immediately lightens the load. I suddenly realise I have stopped thinking and worrying about a situation and know without a doubt that it is answered prayer. This is the way I continue, every time I start overthinking a situation I bring it to the One who is in control of all things! As I reread this it sounds as though I have it all sorted, I have not!! There are many times I worry and lie awake, and hours later it dawns on me that I hav’nt even thought about God. Even though I know He longs for us to depend on Him and ask His help, which He is delighted to give us in abundance. If we try to sort things out by ourselves without any consultation with God, we may make unwise and wrong decisions. It is always the right strategy to consult with the greatest power in the Universe first. What a privilege we have to be able to do this.
