Adewale
It is the presence and reign of God among His people. When His will is sought and done.
DawnMc13
God's presence was in the tabernacle in the wilderness. It is clear in Scripture that God is Israel's King and if they obeyed Him fully and keep His covenant... then they will be His Kingdom. The glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle, the cloud had settled upon it no one could enter the Tent of Meeting where the tabernacle was located until later. In this way God was their King that resided in their midst...in their center...to rule His people.
van
The relationship between the tabernacle in the wilderness and the Kingdom of God is that His presence was among His people. The Israelites is His chosen people and He is their King. So, both the tabernacle and Kingdom is God's dwelling place. The fire and clouds over the tabernacle shows the awesomeness of God's glory in the wilderness tabernacle.
JanMary
Q4. What is the relationship between the tabernacle in the wilderness and the Kingdom of God? How do God's Kingdom and Glory come together in the wilderness tabernacle? I love the visible "picture" of the Kingdom of God in the tabernacle! (I'm a visual learner!) The entire tabernacle was set up as a visual representation of His Kingdom. The wall surrounding the tabernacle is a picture of the church. Believers are the acacia boards covered in gold (His righteousness), with 2 tenons (feet) on each, set in sockets of silver (redemption) so that our feet don't touch the cursed ground. The boards were joined together and held in place "half way up" with a bar passing through from end to end. (A beautiful picture of the body of Christ in unison, held together with His strong arm and the bond of Christ among us) The wall surrounded the Holy place, where the furniture was arranged in the shape of a cross, each piece representing Jesus...the showbread...(the bread which came down from Heaven, The Bread of Life), the lampstand which was never to go out (Jesus the ever present Light of the World), the altar of incense (the prayers and praise always rising up to Him)...outside, the bronze laver where the priests were "washed" before entering in. (this formed a mirror as they bent over to wash...reflecting their sin and need for cleansing before entering His presence, which formed the long "leg" of the cross. (We enter in by being washed in His blood, after He shows us our need for a Savior) His glory dwelt in the Holy of Holies....where the mercy seat covered the reminders in the ark of their rebellion against God. (His provision...manna, His delegated authority, Aarons rod that budded, and His ultimate authority, the 10 Commandments, or Law) It was here that He revealed Himself both in fire and in the cloud, and through Moses words to them revealed in the tent of meeting. Now we are In Christ, and can enter into His Holy Presence at will, washed and forgiven, whereas the High Priest was only allowed to enter once a year on the day of atonement. We are mindful of all Jesus accomplished on the Cross and provides for us as we look back at the Tabernacle. We are the watchmen ON the wall now, our prayers going up like incense for His Kingdom to come to earth as it is in Heaven, and for the lost to enter into relationship with our glorious Savior and Lord. (there was an open door into the Tabernacle proper, and we are doorkeepers, inviting and leading unbelievers, by the power of the Holy Spirit, to enter in.) Santhana David
Q4. a) What is the relationship between the tabernacle in the wilderness and the Kingdom of God? The relationship is similar to an earthly human king who sits on his throne in his palace within his kingdom, where his country’s citizens live, God sits on the Ark, his Throne, in the Tabernacle which is His Throne Room/Palace among His Kingdom, that is His people. How do God's Kingdom and glory come together in the wilderness tabernacle? Difficult question !!! It’s was God’s eternal plan to be among His creation. Did God leave anything for chance when He gave Moses instructions to build the Tabernacle in the wilderness? God is never slack in accomplishing what He desires to be done. When the Israelites “spoiled” Egypt, God put into the hearts of the Egyptians not only gave them enough of everything, they gave in abundance. He knew the Israelites would need materials to build His Tabernacle in the wilderness. “Every woman is to ask her neighbor and any woman living in her house for articles of silver and gold and for clothing, which you will put on your sons and daughters. And so you will plunder the Egyptians." (Ex 3:22) However, when the Cloud and the Glory of God's covers the Tent, His overwhelming Glory and Presence was so, so, very significant. The Israelites then, and we today, did/do not lived/live in a perfect world, nor was/is our homeland the Garden of Eden. But in the establishment God’s Kingdom in the wilderness God was always in command, in order that no advantage be taken of His people then by Satan because all were made aware of Satan’s evil schemes. Eilen
The tabernacle in the wilderness was where God dwelled among the Israelites in the wilderness. His presence was indicated by a pillar of cloud during the day and a pillar of fire at night. The tabernacle showed the Israelites that God was with them at all times. The presence of the tabernacle kept the Israelites focused on God. Every time they saw the tabernacle with a cloud above it they knew that God was present among them. They did not need any idol to remind them of God. His proximity helped them to keep focus on His commands. They were able to see His Glory, His humility, His love,

hanks
Q4. What is the relationship between the tabernacle in the wilderness and the Kingdom of God? How do God's Kingdom and glory come together in the wilderness tabernacle? In the wilderness God had instructed the Israelites to build a tabernacle, and inside was the ark which served as a throne which represented the very presence of God. It was a wooden chest, covered inside and out with pure gold, and it contained the two tablets of the Ten Commandments. In this way the tabernacle came to represent the Kingdom of God in the wilderness as He dwelt among His people in this tent-like structure – very similar to the way a desert monarch might. God’s Kingdom and glory came together on completion of the tabernacle. God’s promise of dwelling amongst His people was fulfilled as the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle. “Then I will dwell among the Israelites and be their God (Exodus 29:45).” The glory cloud descended on and filled the tabernacle so that Moses was not able to enter, and it was this cloud that would accompany the people on their journeys. Our sovereign LORD would take His people out of slavery, lead them into the Promised Land, make a covenant with them, and establish them as His own people, a nation under His reign. Valteenia
Tabernacle in the wilderness meant the tent (place of dwelling or sanctuary where God will dwell among his people) Kingdom of God is Jesus teaching that is in us. When Jesus came to earth (according to John 1:14.---..The word became flesh and made his dwelling among us) Was He not consider our tabernacle? (Just asking) The kingdom and his glory come together in the wilderness when the cloud came over the tabernacle of meeting and the glory of the lord filled the place. Shekinah Glory fell. In today time, I think that it is the same when we come to church and the spirit of God fall in church. (order of service is interrupted by the spirit. Cindy K
The tabernacle is a shadow and copy of what is in heaven > Hebrews 8:5. That's why God told Moses to build it exactly as he was instructed. They come together as the imagery of God living with man as He intended to do from the very beginning, in the Garden, and will again when heaven comes down to earth as the new Jerusalem. In studying Moses Tabernacle, one thing that really struck my heart is the mercy of God. The ark carried the law, by which no man can be saved. As a matter of fact, the law kills. But the ark was to be covered with the mercy seat!! On the Day of Atonement, the High Priest (Jesus) sprinkled the blood of the lamb on it. The mercy seat and the altar of sacrifice (brazen altar), representing where Jesus dies, are the only 2 pieces of furniture in the tabernacle that are the exact same height. God is so amazing, what's not to love?!?

WinstonY
Q4. What is the relationship between the tabernacle in the wilderness and the Kingdom of God? How do God’s Kingdom and glory come together in the wilderness tabernacle? The Tabernacle in the wilderness typifies the presence of a desert monarch, with his courtroom and throne, dwelling in the midst of his people. Yahweh dwells in the midst of Israel in an elaborate tent as might a desert monarch. The tabernacle is the throne-room and its courts are the precincts of the King's dwelling. Eager Bver
The relationship between the tabernacle in the wilderness and the Kingdom of God was His presence among his people. Ganti Vivek
The relationship between tabernacle and the kingdom of God in the wilderness indicates that God presence is with them in every walk of life. He is the King and the ruler and the protector who is guiding and blessing through their walk of life to the promised land by living amongest them. This is what happens in the end days where we live in the presence of God who rules us. In the wilderness the God's kingdom and glory came together which can be seen whenever God wants to interact with the Israelites He used to densend upon the tabernacle and the Glory of God's presence can be seen in the form of a Cloud. When God guides them leads them and provides the everything in life what is required it is the Kingdom of God. Which will be replicated by the rule of Jesus Christ in the coming days of the second coming.

When the Israelis would set up camp, the tabernacle was in the center of everything. When the cloud settled over the tabernacle and God’s glory filled it.
Annie343
Tabernacle in the wilderness is where God dwells. It is acknowledging God's presence in the midst of a sinful people. It is the place of where God's presence is in the OT (temporary). The kingdom of God is within us and resides with the people to give Him glory. It is being the object and message of God. God's glory and kingdom comes together in the wilderness tabernacle by having the atmosphere of the Shekiah glory raining down upon us - it is God's presence overshadowing us with His inherent glory. Ms. Joanne
On December 16, 2016 at 11:26 AM, Pastor Ralph said: Q4. What is the relationship between the tabernacle in the wilderness and the Kingdom of God? How do God’s Kingdom and glory come together in the wilderness tabernacle? Hmmmm good questions. Not sure. But will take a stab at it. The kingdom of God can seem so far away, just as the Tabernacle was so far away. On the other hand the tabernacle in the wilderness was near the people and traveled with them so that they can worship God where they were. The kingdom of God is close to,us or as close to us as we would want if only we wild partake of this closeness. God's glory and his kingdom are all in the same. Dwelling in the same place...in our hearts.
