What color scheme should we use for the site? -- two or three complementary colors.

Does the Region have any clearly-defined colors that would look attractive here. Have any graphic artists developed materials for the Region who might have thought this through in the past?

I don't have an opinion on which colors to use necessarily. In the past we have used red, blue, and purple. What I do care about is that we have THREE complementary colors so that we can use an updated logo of three different-colored circles to illustrate Reproducing Disciples, Reproducing Churches, and Reproducting Leaders. This should be the dominant graphic element on the opening page.

The only real color we have used regularly is dark green. On our good booklets they are dark green with the logo in gold. Our website has not kept that tradition.

We are having a logo developed and should know in about a week what that will be.

I agree that in the past few years I have been in the Resource Center, we do use dark green and gold as our rule, but that has not been the rule of others. I tend to like those classy, rich colors.

I am not really thrilled with the current colors on the page, but agree with John that what needs to stand out is our mission.

I think the colors (three) should come from the new logo and slogan for GH leaders, churches & disciples. A new color scheme that is "Gen-X" (dark and "slick") could give us a good solid cutting-edge image. cf.www.kingdombuilders.org or some other such web motif.

I like the simplicity in the color scheme of this website: www.baptistchurch.org. The color scheme allows the pictures to stand out. As for up to date ... the website at www.fullertonfirstbaptist.org is very interesting. I like the drop down boxes under their main categories that make navigating their site very easy. I also like the links at the bottom of the page. They appear to be part of the home page -- I'm not sure if our site could do something like that.
