servant for Christ
Q3. (Hebrews 2:10) What does it mean, to bring many sons and daughters "to glory"? In what sense did Jesus become "perfect" through suffering? What are the implications for our own lives? To bring sons and daughters to glory is for Christ to lead un in our salvation. What was perfected was Jesus role as captain or leader, one who goes before to make a way for others to follow. His obedience and death on the cross qualified Him to be the perfect representative of fallen humainity and to suffer in their place. The implication for our lives is that we are to follow Jesus, become like Him, to pick up our cross.

DrD
Jesus is the Leader we follow - His destination is glory which makes our destibation the same. Jesus, having gone before us, has fought and won the battle against our enemies, defeating them, and has already arrived at His destination - we therefore share innHis glory. . . Jesus was perfected through His suffering in that He resisted the temptation to sin and overcame the tempter (Satan). . . Although Jesus was tempted in every area of which we can alsoe be tempted He was able to overcome and defeat Satan without yielding to sin. Having endured all such temptations - He understands the power of sin and therefore aids and supports us when we are tempted to also endure without yielding to sin. . . The implications for us are that we, through our asociation with Jesus, have the ability to overcome the temptations to sin - and as overcoming in Christ Jesus we have the right to stand in the presence of God our Father. FollowYeshua
Q3. (Hebrews 2:10) What does it mean, to bring many sons and daughters "to glory"? In what sense did Jesus become "perfect" through suffering? What are the implications for our own lives? Bringing many sons and daughters through the refining process as such with the sufferings will bring us toward those Christ like characteristics which brings Glory to the Father. For example loving one's enemies and praying for them. Loving someone without expecting anything in return. Just loving because God first loved me. Suffering is a testing of our obedience to God. If we overcome this leads to perservence. God's word says that Jesus' diciples would go through suffering as well which will draw us closer to Christ and improve our Christ-like characteristics-becoming Christ like
peaches
Jesus is already perfect. So his suffering was not for himself - it was for us, "the joy set before Him" as stated in Hebrews 12. In so doing, he has opened the door for us to have relationship with God, and we look forward to receiving the "glorified bodies" at His coming. BUT we have to go through this life, a course (so to speak), putting in the work, suffering through the trials of life (just as Jesus did) in order to get to the place where we can receive the "glory." Horace Preddie
By being obedient and completing the will of the Father on the cross and burial and ressurection of Jesus the salvation process was made perfect.
Ramon
Answer:Hebrews 2:9-11(KJV)-9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man. 10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. 11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren, .. Hebrews 2:10(Amplified)- For it was an act worthy [of God] and fitting [to the divine nature] that He, for Whose sake and by Whom all things have their existence, in bringing many sons into glory, should make the Pioneer of their salvation perfect [should bring to maturity the human experience necessary to be perfectly equipped for His office as High Priest] through suffering. From the above scripture, bringing many sons to glory means that it is the Nature of Jesus,in his Glory to bring many sons to salvation.Salvation here in greek means soteriato rescue or bring to safety.Through Christ suffering in the cross,He rescue man and bring him to safety, from the wrath of hell. Many sons could mean also all people as in verse 9,
iam4_1god
Q3. (Hebrews 2:10) What does it mean, to bring many sons and daughters "to glory"? In what sense did Jesus become "perfect" through suffering? What are the implications for our own lives? Jesus was perfect-He needed no cleansing. But, we did! He was our example. He suffered to show us that we can come through and live a victorious life! Follow Jesus-do what He did. He was obedient, and He loved without measure. He gave everything for us, in order that we could have what He has! That is what we can do-be obedient, and love without measure! Be like Jesus! blezed
Q3. (Hebrews 2:10) What does it mean, to bring many sons and daughters "to glory"? In what sense did Jesus become "perfect" through suffering? What are the implications for our own lives? Jesus suffering made Him a perfect leader. It shows that our suffering can make us a better person. Jesus became perfect thru suffering showed us that He is the conquering Christ and He was obedient to God. We will suffer but we will become a better person. Because the Christ was obedient to God and followed Him, we must follow Jesus and be obedient to His word. momsmom
Q3. (Hebrews 2:10) What does it mean, to bring many sons and daughters "to glory"? In what sense did Jesus become "perfect" through suffering? What are the implications for our own lives? Many sons and daughters is all mankind-Jews and Gentiles, male and female, slave and free. He has showed us the way to "glory" through the sacrifice made for us, that way is to an eternity in heaven by showing us Christ and His sacrifice for us. It was in His ressurection that we have our hope. The term "perfect through suffering" is a peculiar one until you see that it simply means the fullfillment of His 'job'. Christ had a perfect work to accomplish here on earth and through his suffering it was nearly completed. When He rose from the dead it was finished. Christ died for my sins and since I have accepted Christ as the Savior of my soul, I will live with Him in glory-that is in Heaven.
jacquie7
To bring many sons and daughters to glory means leading or guiding us to our destination of having eternal life. Jesus became the perfect leader of our salvation. His obedience led Him down the road to suffering and demonstrated Him as the perfect and complete sacrifice for us. We have a leader who knows and can relate to our sufferings because He experienced suffering and was victorious over sin, Satan, and death. He is our example on how to overcome the pressures of the world.

Old Jerry
The meaning of bringing many sons and daughters “to glory”, is that we are going to be with Jesus in heaven when the time comes. That is the most glorious thing that I can think of. Since Jesus died on the cross for us He knows what the suffering is like for incase we have to suffer also. We have one that understands what is going on. We can know that we can live free because we have Jesus that has done everything and a Father that really loves us. We don’t have to worry about what man can do to us because he doesn’t have the final call.
lighthouse2014
Q3. (Hebrews 2:10) What does it mean, to bring many sons and daughters "to glory"? In what sense did Jesus become "perfect" through suffering? What are the implications for our own lives? God allowed Jesus to taste death through his suffering and death on the cross. Jesus became human so he could experience the death that was our punishment for disobedience to God the Father. Jesus having died for us, he now calls us his brothers. For we are brought to glory and eternal life with God. Jesus suffered for us, thus we are brought to glory just as he was. Jesus being already perfect for he was the Son of God, but he had to be the conquering Christ, he had to go through the suffering of humanity and especially the suffering of a disgraceful execution on the cross. The implications for our own lives is that if we are to suffer for Christ shake, we know that he also suffered and knows what it is like. By our suffering we are also sanctified and made perfect through our suffering. Thus, we will be brought into glory as Christ was in the Kingdom of God. Tyreek
Jesus is the author of our salvation. He went before us to conquer death by rising again once He was crucified on the cross. Now the way was cleared, we can now follow Him to glory. Jesus brought the fear of dying from the world and to be the sacrifice for our sins. To accomplish this, He had to suffer humanity and death on a cross. Our lives then become glorified as Jesus. We will be His radiance of perfection. BenLow
Bringing many sons to Glory - His offer of salvation is to All. He also will not “lose” any of us. To perfect the Author through suffering - Jesus is perfect. Becoming like us, He now understands just how limited we are, how fragile we are and even how desperate we are. He knows how to change us and He leads by example.
Godswriter
Q3. (Hebrews 2:10) What does it mean, to bring many sons and daughters "to glory"? In what sense did Jesus become "perfect" through suffering? What are the implications for our own lives? Through Christ's sinless sacrifice He was perfected in His understanding of how limited we are, how difficult our lives can be, how desperate we can be when we lack something we need, and how hopeless our separation from God truly is. He knows how best to sanctify - to transform us into His image - and has become the ideal example for us to follow. (Stanley, C. 2009, 2019 Charles F. Stanley Life Principles Bible Second Ed.) From God's perspective He knew that only His Son could purchase us from the enemy and the kingdom of darkness and bring us into His Kingdom of Light. For our own lives the implications are we need to be willing to share the Gospel whenever the Lord decides to bring someone to mind.
royk
Bringing many sons and daughters "to glory" This Jesus did and He was "pure, holy and perfect" throughout all His suffering... we can try but never attain such suffering for the salvation of others here on earth. We're only limited by our faith during our own lives! This is a call to put on the full armor of God (Eph6:14-18) and stand where God puts us to the test. I seek this with fear and trembling, and we recall what He did: "In bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting that God, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the author of their salvation perfect through suffering."
