Andra
Hi, My name is Andra and I live in a small town called Arab, Alabama, just 30-40 minutes south of Huntsville, AL which is where I work. I am a long-time member of the Old Brashiers Chapel Methodist Church, a member of the praise team, play the piano in the praise band, and sing in the choir. I love the Lord and desire to learn more and more about Him and His word. I have recently been involved in several Inductive Bible Studies at church and dearly loved them. I wanted to do this one on "Behold the Lamb" because Easter is just around the corner and I wanted to know more about the sacrifice and atonement that the Lord made for me and i wanted it to be fresh in my mind as we celebrate His death and resurrection. I am looking forward to working on and completing this study. Andra
NancyDinCO
Hello All! My name is Nancy. I live in a small town at the base of the mountains in Colorado. I am divorced and have 1 grown son in Southern California, my home too before moving here 11 years ago. I was 46 years old before I accepted the Lord's Gift of Salvation and allowed His Love to enter my Heart. It is an amazing and wonderful thing to know that this One, who Created all things, can look down upon little me, little you and say to each of us, "I love you". I was baptised, along with some hundreds of others, as a Jehovah's witness at San Diego stadium in 1974. This baptism was the result of insistance and persuit by the "elders" of that cult and my desire to obey (perhaps mostly out of fear). I remained in that organization for 4 years. Of course, I know now, my leaving was the work of God, but at that time there were many other reasons. I then wallowed in the world for 10 years or so, vacillating between wanting to know god and wanting the world. Long story short: He sought me and he bought me with His redeeming Love! Who could ask for anything more! In 1989 I was again baptised. Obviously I know this is the only real and enduring baptism I have received. This time it was done out of my heartfelt desire to give my life to this God who loves me so much and my desire that this true baptism would be made public, in obedience to my Lord. I am in awe of Him and desire to know Him more. Which is why I am here now.
Valiant Overcomer
Lift your eyes ~ "Those who look to the Lord are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame." Psalm 34:5 Hi! I'm Allie ~ a Valiant Overcomer from CO. I love studying the WORD and going deeper. I love the rich revelation of Yeshua (Hebrew for Jesus) found in God's appointed times: Yeshua our Passover Lamb; Yeshua our Yom Kippur atonement.....I cry out for fresh revelation and life transformation. I want to know my Savior, Yeshua, intimately, not just know about Him. I seek daily to cultivate that intimate relationship with Him. I want Him to invade every area of my life so that He is glorified in and through me. Oh, that the sweet aroma of His presence would flow forth from my being to those around me, that they would be drawn to His loveliness. Looking forward to this study on "Behold, the Lamb of God" ~ may we truly behold Him in His fullness. Shalom B'shem Yeshua (Peace in the name of Yeshua)

T.J.
I'm glad you've signed up for the Behold the Lamb of God study. Please tell us something about yourself. I'm the director of the study, Ralph F. Wilson. I'm the Community Outreach Pastor at Sierra Christian Church in Loomis, California, and have been developing online Bible studies for the past six years. Hi, I am looking forward to studying the topic Behold the Lamb of God. I am a fairily new christian, 2 1/2 years. And I am hungry for spiritual food. I have a great church that I attend on a regular basis. I just want to know more than I can get in church a few hours per week. And I consider myself to be a baby christian yet so some of the things we are taught at church are a little bit above what I currently know, I have some catching up to do on my level of bible knowledge and things such as that. I was raised Roman Catholic and quite going to church many years ago. I was just 18 when I quit going to Catholic church. It was not what I wanted or needed at that time. Back then they kept God in a box and i've found that I desire a closer relationship with The Almighty than what they offered. I have also been doing the Names of God study for the same reasons. I have found that infromation to be very good and highly informative for me. I have heard some of the names of God used at church but did not know what they stood for. And now I am getting a basic knowledge of them from the study and also from personal research.

sjb
I am from Southwest Arkansas. I am a math teacher who so loves her work that I have retired three times and can't seem to stay that way. I am now just teaching part time at a nearby community college. I go to a small Methodist church with a regular attendance of about 30. We are the smallest of a charge, so our extra study is fairly nonexistent unless we work on it ourselves My friend Mike and I found The Joyful Heart four or five years ago, and have with great gratitude enjoyed several of the different studies. We have ended up sharing these studies with our friends and church family in many ways. My husband and I regularly work the Emmaus Walk here in Arkansas. If you are not familiar with the Emmaus Walk, Google it. It is a wonderful non-denominational renewal program that you can access from wherever you are. I am a volunteer and chaplain for a local hospice although I have been inactive since September when I had major neurosurgery. My husband is an advocate for the aged. As such, he spends at least two hours a week visiting with people in a local nursing home who do not have regular visitors. He and they become so attached to each other that it's sort of like his having bunches of surrogate parents. Both of us read our Bibles regularly and share prayer and daily devotionals. I look forward to this course and will probably share it with others during the Lenten season. Bless each and everyone of you and bless this study that we might come nearer to the Lord Jesus through Pastor Ralph's ministry.
